Our Profile
Komal Metal Works (Regd.) is in the business of manufacturing of O.E. Sheet Metal components for two wheeler industry since 1956.
It was a humble beginning with ‘Washers’ being the only product. The objective was and remains to provide competitively priced products, on time deliveries and prime quality. Over the years, Komal has grown with its client base, expanding the amount of space and personnel required to handle the needs of the industry. The key to this growth have been the constant emphasis on quality, reliable service, on time delivery and willingness to invest in the best equipment and people available. Our management team, which has been there from the beginning, is dedicated to the production of zero defects and just-in-time delivery. Now we have a wide range of products like Sheet Metal Covers, Pulleys, Silencers, Stays, Brackets, Footrests, Steps, Clips, Plates, Dry Shockers etc. The turnover has multiplied 10 times within a span of 10 years. Our plant is set up to handle both high and low volume production runs as well as prototypes, mechanical and high end assemblies. Komal operates out of 45000 sq. ft. facility employing 325 plus employees.

Our Range
We manufacture sheet metal components as per custom requirements and specifications out of all Ferrous and Non-Ferrous materials.
We have complete inhouse infrastructure for sheet metal components production in any volume and specifications. In our products section we have shown the samples of our custom built components for automobile applications.
We are able to provide exceptional service at a very competitive price because of our talented manufacturing engineering department, our commitment to improving our equipment and facilities, and our sophisticated shop controls. Komal has a large manufacturing engineering department that is constantly working to improve our production capabilities through the use of CAD,Programming, and Nesting software as well as training operators on the shop floor. We have very rigorous material controls and scheduling systems that allow us to accurately track customers orders.
