• We conduct quality planning to review our resources , technology, skills,  equipment and process knowledge to insure that we will meet or exceed all customer requirements. 
• We follow a comprehensive quality planning process.

Contract Review :

• We  carefully review customer contracts to insure that all requirements are thoroughly understood and are mutually agreed on.

Document and Data Control :

• We have a strong system which includes an Industrial Engineer who prepares and controls assembly process and related documentation. We also have a Quality Co-ordinator who manages our ISO related documentation. 

Purchasing :

•  We have a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer who compiles monthly reports on our supplier base. We require product qualification packages of our  supplier base. We require product qualification packages of our suppliers and have a program to certify our preferred subcontractors .

Customer Supplied Product :

• Consignment can include any thing from parts to packaging . We have special identifiers for all such items .

Product Identification and Trace ability:

• We use a system of tags and stickers to insure proper product identification throughout all stages of production. Tractability for product is  and available option.

Process Control :

• We have a strong  manufacturing operation with related processes to insure that customer requirements are met.

Inspection and Testing :

• We have inspection labs staffed with well trained inspectors performing receiving, in- process and final  inspections . Records are kept for all related activities.

Calibration :

• We use a database to manage an internal staff to periodically calibrate and certify company and employee owned tooling and to mange gage  R ‘&’R  studies .

Corrective and Preventative Action :

• Our CA/PA process captures a variety of  opportunities for improvement. Pas include trend information from a variety of sources. We also have a system to capture effectiveness of both Corrective and Preventative Actions. 

Handling, Storage, Packaging and Delivery :

• We have extensive documentation on how we handle these items. We also have a dedicated staff of material handlers, shipping , and receiving personnel. 

Quality Records :

• We have an extensive table detailing our objective evidence of the existence and effectiveness or our quality system. 

 Internal Quality Audits : 

• We have a comprehensive, benchmark system. We have a formally trained group of internal auditors from different functional areas of the company performing quarterly and follow up audits .

Training  :

• We have unique automated system for identifying required training by job title with related records. We also capture global training to enhance job  skills to better service our customers.

Statistical Techniques :

• We have a extensive , fine tuned SPC program .We do understand process control vs. process capability. We have a stsatistical analyst on staff. We also provide training to our machine operators .
